Communication via phone/text was excellent. I felt like the technician did a nice job of communicating with me what repairs were needed and there were no surprise charges or excess work being done. Would bring my vehicle back here if needed.

They seemed to do ok work, but I was not impressed with the customer service. The first time I called, the lady answering the phone was not very nice. A friend recommended them, so I ended up calling back later and making an appointment. Still not nice, but not rude either. My appointment was supposed to be less than an hour. I ended up standing out in the cold for an hour and a half waiting. I finally had to call and ask how much longer it was going to be. What really bothered me was that no one there was wearing a mask. When they saw that I was wearing one, they didn't comment on it. Didn't put one on. Didn't ask if I wanted them to put one on. The waiting area is tiny, and unmasked people kept coming and going. I decided to wait outside and freeze.

They were very patient with me because I have a limited income because I am disabled and let me pay when I had the money and they washed my vehicle.Thank You Tri-cities Automotive Repair

GOOGLE REVIEW READERS- There is a review on here for one star that is bogus in my opinion as I was the person that asked for and paid for the inspection that they are referencing. I am sorry that it did not turn out the way they wanted , but I can assure you Tri-Cities Automotive had nothing to gain by assessing the car for me and finding things that needed repair. I live in Western Washington and was going to have it trailered here if it checked out and would have had repairs done at a local shop near me so that they became familiar with the vehicle. I am grateful for Tri-Cities Automotive for sending me a comprehensive report that potentially saved me thousands in repairs and lots of headaches. I would use them again if I needed a pre-buy inspection again.

Good communication, reports with pictures explaining what needed done and why, on shedule and under estimated cost. I will definitely be a return customer when I eventually need more done :)

Fantastic customer service. I called with brake issues and was able to get my car in that day for the full repair. They were very helpful and willing to show me exactly what they were recommending with price quotes so I was not surprised when in the end. Highly recommend them for your car repair needs!
