The team at Tri Cities Automotive is great! Tim was extremely knowledgeable about our 2007 F150 truck and the problems we were having with it. Although the work was extensive, they stayed late to finish the repairs so we would have the truck back before the weekend since it is our only vehicle. Everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. We highly recommend this business!

Tim can and will run down and fix anything I throw at him. Never have I had even my friends who were mechanics work with me like TCA does. Be sure to follow him to the new location.

Found Kennewick Automotive via Internet search, checked reviews, found mostly positive, business is closest shop to where I live just down the street. Decided to give them a try, just needed an alignment and with their web coupon was the lowest cost alignment I found in the Tri Cities. I met the owner Tim who explained everything that he would be doing which included a health check of the car's systems. After getting the car back I could tell that the steering seemed more precise and he even made sure that the steering wheel was centered properly (I hate when shops leave the steering wheel off center!). Over all I'm a happy customer. :)

Tim is awesome and he really does work and have compassion to his clients needs i went in for a alingment he did a amazing job! From one business owner to another he has hus clients best interest close to heart. I highly recommend Tim

I stopped in to ask a question about a heater issue I had been having and had tried to troubleshoot on my own but had hit a wall. Tim was able to find the issue was a burnt wire, an electric issue that I would have never been able to find. I really appreciate Tim's vast knowledge and ability to get our vehicle back in tip top shape for the family this winter. Thanks again Tim!!!
