Tim has been more than helpful fixing my rig and also teaching me what happened and why.

Didn't get the owners name, he was slammed busy. Made time to greet me as soon as I walked in anyway. Asked me what was going on and I told him to the best of my ability. About 45 mins later he called me back, let me know what had went wrong, explained how he was going to fix it. Then did it. Extremely honest and thorough. Wish I lived closer. This would be my go to shop. 10 out of 10 all day.

Again Tim and Tri-City Auto have surpassed my expectations of a auto repair shop.I recently took my 2006 F-150 to TCA to have the emergency brake serviced, due to their attention to detail and their thorough safety check, they discovered the rear leaf springs were failing, Tim even sought a second opinion from a expert tech to confirm. Now let me tell you, I am from Detroit (Motor City) and I would be hard pressed to find another mechanic either here or there that would do all this and charge me less than a hour labor, that included fixing the E-Brake!
