As always the Tri-Cities Automoyive repair group does an excellent job. They show me all the issues with my car and give me a good idea of what is the most important things to do. It is always a pleasure to work with and a comfort to know that my vehicle is in good hands.

Tim took time to talk to me about the tiny leak I had during my recent oil change. It was something I mentioned to him and he found the culprit right away-He brought me back to the garage to show me the leak and what needed to be done to fix it...very honest and trustworthy. Jason at the front desk made numerous calls in regards to my warranty policy to be sure it was covered and made the efforts to get it all set up. We will continue to get oil changes and maintenance done here when needed.

Tim and the rest of the TCA crew have always been a pleasure to so business with. They do not overcharge or force services on you - something I most definitely appreciate. They have great customer service and a clean waiting room. Highly recommended!!
